Rocktor and co-founder of Great Place 2 Rock, a company dedicated to the development of people and organizations, building bridges between the musical experience and the reality of an organization, and host of programs on Radio Sonar FM. He has worked for the multinational record companies BMG and KTEL as Artistic Director, as well as in the role of Executive Producer for TVN, Roos Film and MTV LA.

He is a member of ADIMI (Association for the Development of the Ibero-American Music Industry). He has been the founder and first president of MMF LATAM, which brings together more than 90 professionals from 15 countries. He was vice-president of IMMF (International Music Management Forum) and a member of its Advisory Board.
